About Me

On 11 September 2001, my husband, Simon, died on the 106th Floor of the World Trade Centre, New York. I was 7 months pregnant at the time, expecting our first child, and William was born in November 2001. Eighteen months later my mum died of a degenerative illness, Multiple Systems Atrophy, related to Parkinson’s disease.

I found myself in a place where my normal had gone and I had to completely rebuild my life from scratch – I had changed, my life had changed and I had to create a new future and a positive way forward.

Elizabeth talks about her experience during an interview for "Outlook", recorded 10th Sept '09 for the BBC World Service

In the last ten years, I have had to deal with grief, trauma, becoming a mum, being a single parent, individual financial and legal issues, a high level career and intensive media interest. I had enormous life changes and I handled all of this because I was introduced to life coaching & Reiki healing, developing my awareness, intuition and responsibility for my own life.

Elizabeth is calm and secure and she has much to offer learned from her own experiences and of putting these ideas into practice in her own life and her emotional intelligence and sensitivity is highly developed too.”

Tim Mercier, Film Director, London

Before Life 2, as I call it, I had gained extensive commercial experience in KPMG, Wallis and Channel 4 Television Limited as a senior HR professional. I was involved in change management, delivered strategic HR solutions, designed and created personal development programmes and coached individuals and teams to achieve improved performance.

Elizabeth is an incredible coach and has superseded all expectations I had for our sessions. Masterfully, Elizabeth has walked with me over the past few months through good times and bad giving me strength and guidance, space and time to think and reflect”

I have a BA Honours Degree in English Literature and I am a Member of the Chartered Institute for Personnel and Development, the International Coaching Federation, the UK Reiki Federation and I am also a qualified Occupational Tester.

My experience has been created through the life I have led. I’ve read about it, studied it, worked in large companies doing it, but most importantly I have actually lived it. Of course, my professional qualifications are important, but the greatest qualification is my own personal survival
